Forms Module
This module allows you to build custom forms on your application that can be viewed and submitted by guests and authenticated users. This can be useful if you want to make a contact/support form for guests, a staff application form or anything else your application might need.

The default prefix for the forms module is /forms/<your-form>. To set a custom prefix, you can do so by editing the .env file and adding.
