Our money-back guarantee is eligble for all monthly subscriptions and is effective during a 14-day period starting from when you have made the initial purchase.

To be eligble for our money-back guarantee, the following requirements must be met.

  • Product must be purchased no longer than 14 days ago
  • Product must not have been used commercially or used to make revenue
  • Your account must not have any active bans or limitations placed by a moderator
  • Be able to prove that you have removed the purchased product from all places

The following reasons will take away your right for a refund:

  • Purchasing multiple products and asking a refund for all or multiple of them
  • Opening a dispute / Chargeback

We may charge a small fee for the time our team spent helping you setup / providing support with your problems and/or cocerns, in addition certain processing fees and/or taxes in some regions of the world are non-refundable.

Charges incurred on continuing subscriptions as a result of the subscriber's failure to cancel the subscription are non-refundable. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to terminate their subscription should they decide to discontinue the use of the service.

If you have a history of requesting refunds, your future purchases will not fall under the refund policy.

If we believe you are trying to exploit our refund policy in any way, your refund request will be denied.
